- All users must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into contracts.
- By using our services, you accept that payments will be held in escrow until transaction completion.
2. Escrow Services
- Funds sent to NOVA Transport are securely held in escrow until the buyer confirms receipt and satisfaction with the merchandise.
- Payment is only released to the seller once the buyer approves the delivery or the inspection period expires without dispute.
- All escrow transactions follow strict security protocols and comply with European Union laws.
3. Payments
- Payments are made through verified agents or directly to NOVA Transport’s designated bank accounts.
- Accepted payment methods include bank transfers and other authorized channels.
- Processing times may vary depending on the payment method: 1 day for instant wire transfer, 2-3 days for standard bank transfers.
4. Shipping & Logistics
- Merchandise is shipped by NOVA Transport’s logistics team or trusted partners once payment is verified.
- Shipping costs are typically the seller’s responsibility unless otherwise agreed.
- Shipment tracking is provided, and buyers can monitor their package in real-time.
- Delivery times depend on the destination country and shipping method.
- Packages are insured during transit for maximum security.
5. Buyer Inspection & Acceptance
- Buyers have a designated inspection period (e.g., 10 days) to verify the merchandise.
- If the buyer rejects the merchandise, a refund will be initiated through the escrow process.
- Buyers must notify NOVA Transport within the inspection period if there are any issues.
6. Refunds & Disputes
- In case of disputes, NOVA Transport mediates between the buyer and seller to reach a resolution.
- Refunds will be issued to the buyer through the original payment method if the merchandise is rejected.
- All dispute resolutions are handled professionally and within compliance with EU laws.
7. User Responsibilities
- Provide accurate and complete information for transactions.
- Respect the terms of the agreement and avoid fraudulent or misleading activity.
- Report any suspicious activity to NOVA Transport immediately.
8. Liability
- NOVA Transport is not responsible for losses caused by natural disasters, acts of third parties, or delays outside our control.
- Liability is limited to the transaction value held in escrow for a specific transaction.
- All shipments are insured during transit, providing additional protection for users.
9. Privacy & Data Protection
All personal and transaction data is handled according to our Privacy Policy. We follow strict data security standards and comply with EU GDPR requirements.
10. Changes to Terms
NOVA Transport may update these terms from time to time. Users are encouraged to review the terms periodically. Continued use of the service constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
